For standard Black Car Service or airport transfers, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred vehicle class. For complex multi-vehicle events or large corporate roadshows, please contact our dispatch team 7 to 14 days prior to your event.
Yes. We offer dedicated corporate accounts for enterprise clients requiring frequent travel. Corporate accounts include a dedicated logistics manager, priority dispatching, streamlined monthly invoicing, and customized travel reporting. Please contact our management team to initiate the onboarding process.
To maintain our rigorous scheduling standards and chauffeur availability, we require a minimum of 4 hours’ notice for sedan and SUV cancellations to avoid a late cancellation fee. Specialty vehicles, such as luxury Sprinters and stretch limousines, require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

For standard Airport Limo service, we offer rapid curbside pickup for maximum efficiency. Upon landing, you will receive a text message with your chauffeur’s name, vehicle details, and exact staging location. We also offer premium inside “Meet & Greet” services, where your chauffeur will await you at baggage claim with a customized greeting sign.
